According to the BAS Programme procedures, the BAS Programme pre-qualifies suitable providers of consultancy. Should an enterprise propose advisors of its own choice, the consultants shall be from the list of pre-qualified business service providers. In all cases, the consultant involved must have the experience, capacity, resources and general competence to undertake the planned assignment successfully.

The qualification of local consultants will be evaluated by the BAS team, and accreditation will be granted for specific advisory service types and sectors of competence.

Upon defining SME needs and preparing TOR for the consultancy services, a tender may be announced among accredited business service providers for implementation of a project.

No consultant can carry out a simultaneous project until the first project has been completed satisfactorily.
