apply to BAS Programme and/or the BAS team contacts SMEs |

SMEs
are interviewed by BAS team and consulting needs are defined |

Project
Proposal and accompanying documents are submitted to
BAS Azerbaijan office |
|
| 4 |
Enterprise
eligibility is assessed and notification to client made (in
max. 4 weeks) |

| 5 |
TOR
for advisory services specifying inputs and outputs is developed |
|
|
|
| 7 |
Project
Agreement is signed and enterprise financial contribution to
project cost is agreed |
|
| 8 |
Project
implementation is suprvised and monitored by BAS team
|
|
| 9 |
Final
report is submitted and approved by SME; subsidy payment by
BAS is made
|
|
| 10 |
Follow-up
review and assessment of project effectiveness is conducted |
